Meet your Doula

Hi, I’m Karine, a birth and postpartum doula and mother located in Ottawa. My own experience navigating motherhood demonstrated how important it is to have someone truly by your side.

A steady, solid, and uncompromising support.

The experience inspired me to become a Doula and open Nest&Bloom. I created a space where families can feel supported, safe, and empowered throughout the delivery process and beyond.

I offer a pleasant, intuitive presence to my work, combining evidence-based advice with real concern. My approach is never about perfection; rather, it is about presence, trust, and empowering you to feel confident on your own journey.
